Gary also spent many years trading options and futures with his own capital both in the trading pits on LIFFE and subsequently on computerised platforms.

In 2005 Gary's first book, "Technical Analysis and the Active Trader" was published by McGraw Hill. It exposes the flaws and limitations with technical analysis.
